2025.12.9 | Curiosity-driven Leadership Tips (No.17)_ Refining 23 Years of Experience into a New Era of Leadership.

On December 22nd, I celebrate my 23rd anniversary in this industry. To mark this milestone, I am fundamentally transforming my management style, shifting the focus to Agility and Trust.

My mantra for this new chapter is: Essence, Curiosity, and Impact.

Driven by relentless curiosity, I am rethinking the very foundation of strategy: Purpose. Too often, purpose statements are buried in corporate jargon that fails to resonate. In an era where authenticity is non-negotiable, we must move from "Purpose-Washing" to "Purpose-Driven Execution."

My Roadmap to Operational Purpose:

  1. Diagnose: Is it authentic or just jargon?
  2. Co-Create: Build it with the frontline, not just the boardroom.
  3. Embody: Use it as a filter for hard decisions.
  4. Measure: Link it to compensation and growth.
  5. Rename: Call it a "Pride Statement" if that's what drives the team.

As I step into my 23rd year, I am more curious than ever to discover what’s next. I look forward to engaging in meaningful dialogue with you all about leading with authenticity and purpose.
