Morning Walk
Early at 5 a.m., I stepped out for a quiet 40-minute morning walk.
As I walked, a gentle layer of sweat began to rise across my skin, and with every step, I could feel my legs slowly growing stronger, almost as if they were awakening into new muscles.
The morning carries sounds that are usually hidden during the rush of the day — birdsong, the soft movement of the wind, and the subtle rhythm of nature quietly coming alive.
What moved me most was discovering beauty in places I thought I already knew.
The graceful charm of Spain-zaka, which I had passed so many times without truly seeing it, and the quiet presence of the Embassy of Spain, suddenly felt vivid and new in the stillness of the early morning.
And now, the hydrangeas are beginning to bloom in full color.
Their quiet transformation gently reminds me that the seasons are changing once again.
Walking at my own pace through nature and the waking city brought a deep sense of calm.
It was one of those mornings that softly resets the heart.
